It was a good year for experimenting and learning.

From The Outside In 2 A Seeing Way series was in Edge 2019, a juried fiber art exhibit, at the Sunderland Gallery in Omaha, NE September 8 – October 7.

From The Outside In 5 A Seeing Way series was shown in Sacred Threads, a juried textile exhibit, at the Floris United Methodist Church Gallery in Herndon, VA July 11-28.

From The Outside In 7 A Seeing Way series continued its tenure in an international traveling exhibit. It returned to the USA in 2019 with February venues in TN and NC in March; other exhibit locations TBA.

Ghana Eyes A Seeing Way series participated in Eye Contact, a fiber exhibit, at Floris United Methodist Church Gallery in Herndon, VA July 11-28. It is set to travel for about 2 years; venues TBA.

Leavings 2 A Telling Series and Unity 4 Medicine Wheel Series were in the Images Art Gallery Annual Juried Show, a fine arts exhibit, at Images Gallery in Overland Park, KS July 19 – Aug 9.

Leavings 4 A Telling Series participated in Edge 12 x 12, a fiber art exhibit, at the Sunderland Gallery in Omaha, NE September 8 – October 7.

Leavings 5 A Telling series traveling in the 12 x 12 Fiber Exhibit premiered at the Stiles Gallery 4700 Rainbow Blvd., Westwood, KS in February, and continued on to the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival in the Overland Park Convention Center June 13-15.

Unity 9 Medicine Wheel Series was in Real People, a juried fine arts exhibit, at The Old Courthouse Art Center in Woodstock, IL August 21 – September 29.

Unity 14 Medicine Wheel series in “de.light/FULL”, a juried fiber art exhibit, premiered at the Leedy-Voulkos Art Center in Kansas City, MO July 12-August 31. It then traveled to the Modella Art Gallery in Stillwater, OK November-December. It is due to be seen at The Quilter’s Hall of Fame in Marion, IN, and the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art in St Joseph, MO in 2020. Other venues TBA.
